-The applicant must have proven proficiency in Afaan Oromo, Amharic and English Languages.

Job Requirements

-BA Degree in Management,Public Administration, Business Management and Business Administration field plus three years and above of Banking Experience. (only have banking experience are needed) Additionally, the following competencies are required.

-Recruitment and Selection Knowledge

-knowledge on Labor Law and Law of land

-Organizational Skill

-Strong Communication Skill (both writing and speaking)

-innovation & Creativity
