Job Requirements

- Qualification and Work Experience: Preferably graduate in Human Resources or Administration;
Minimum 5 years work experience as Administrator or Human Resources Manager in Manufacturing Unit; candidate with valid motorcycle driving license will be given preference; candidates with Army/ Police background will be preferred;

Additional Requirements:
• Candidates have knowledge of Oromiffa will be given preference positions.
• Candidates looking for short term work should not apply
• Candidates from Sululta/ Adama Town will be given preference for local posting.
• English Language writing and speaking skill and computer operation skills are must.
