The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in driving sales and marketing efforts in a competitive market.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies and tactics that drive revenue growth and market share.
- Identify and target new customers and market segments to expand the company's reach.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders.
- Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns and materials.
- Manage a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing leadership and guidance to ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to inform sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as product development and customer service, to ensure alignment and integration of sales and marketing efforts.
- Manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to sales and marketing activities.

Job Specification:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and market share.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience managing a team of sales and marketing professionals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and competitive activity and translate findings into effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing successful sales and marketing campaigns.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product development, customer service, and finance.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
