Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Human Resource Manager to join our Sales and Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the HR functions within the department, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, and employee relations. The HR Manager will work closely with the Sales and Marketing leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the department's goals and objectives.

 

Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies that support the Sales and Marketing department's goals and objectives.
- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for open positions within the department.
- Develop and implement onboarding programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the department and company culture.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Manage performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and coaching.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflicts, complaints, and grievances.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to HR practices.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR management.

Job Specification:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1+ years of HR management experience, preferably in a Sales and Marketing environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and regulations.
