In its perfect simplicity, it can be used to prepare three shapes of pasta: lasagne, fettuccine and tagliolini. Ideal for home cooking, Ampia 150 allows you to make lasagne and pasta with a maximum width of 150 mm.

The 10-position adjustment knob of Ampia allows you to prepare pasta sheet in different thicknesses, suitable for many shapes of pasta. The 10-position regulating knob produces pasta sheet thicknesses from 4.8 mm, in position number 0, to 0.5 mm in position number 9.

Fettuccine is a classic pasta shape in Italian cuisine, suitable for many types of sauce. Ampia 150 lets you make 6.5 mm fettuccine.Tagliolini made with Ampia are 1.5 mm wide, suitable for light sauces or soups. 

The machine is made entirely of high quality chromed steel, processed and assembled in Italy.
