- Must have MSc or BSc with Civil Engineering, COTM or related fields

- General experience 6 years for MSc & 8 years for BSc and specific 4 years as Project coordinator.

- Must have expert knowledge on Basic and detail software like MS project, AutoCAD, Primavera etc.
