Education back ground --------1st Degree/2nd Degree in HRM, Business Administration, Management, Public Leadership, Business Management and any Others Business Related Field 

Relevant Experience---------Minimum of 10 years for 1st Degree relevant Work experience in Manufacturing Will be Advantageous 

Additional Skill-------Effective Communication Skills interpersonal Skills, Presentation Skills and team player.

-Solid Understanding on HR Management Concepts, Current Practices, and the Ethiopian Labor Law.

-Basic Leadership skill,

-Has Wider Understanding of business beyond HR
