- The specific objectives of the ToR is mainly to To redesign the association’s mission, vision, objectives, and mandate of EYEA
The consultant must have:
- At least 10 years of proven experience in the development of policy, strategic roadmap, and
 institutional setup in similar situations who could bring testimonies
- Proven experience working with civil society organizations (CSOs)
